As I have often said before: Most all dogs I’ve met LOVE going for a ride. They don’t care where you go, how long it takes to get there, if there is a traffic jam or bad weather, they just want to go. We could learn something from their patience and love for the simplicity in life. In this painting, this pup is ready to go in his classic Chevy wagon. I have always love painting chrome. It is one of the first things I experimented with as a self taught artist. How, what appears to be a grayish type of metal or plastic, is really all the colors it reflects around it.
