Rufus Rhymes
Inspired by the talking and reading to dogs that almost every pet owner is guilty of, Ron’s new book is something the entire family can enjoy. Rufus, a dog Ron adopted as a pup, first inspired Ron to paint animals, and although he passed away in May 2007, Rufus Rhymes commemorates all that his love meant to Ron. The book pairs colorful paintings by Ron, with well-known lullabies, whose lyrics have been changed to be dog-centric (see Rock-a-Bye Rufus spread below).
