Active Arthur was surrendered to a shelter when his owners decided they didn't have time for this restless Jack Russell Terrier.  The terrier lived up to his breed’s reputation - extremely intelligent, clever and full of energy. A family visited Arthur and found him to be a perfect match for their active life style.
